Payment policy
Payment for all services is due in full at the time of service.
Appointment Cancellations
Nourishmnt, LLC has a no call/no show policy. Clients must provide at least 1 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment with Nourishmnt, LLC. Failure to contact Nourishmnt, LLC to cancel or reschedule an appointment within one hour of the start of the appointment will result in a charge for the full cost of the missed appointment.
Health notice
When working with nourishmnt, llc, individual WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON EACH CLIENT''S HEALTH, DIETARY INTAKE, AND EXERCISE HABITS. WE ADVISE ALL CLIENTS TO KEEP THEIR DOCTORS UPDATED ON THEIR DIET AND EXERCISE HABITS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT US.
Changes to This Agreement
Nourishmnt, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting the updated terms on the Site.
