For the Sake of Your Health...Eat the Cookie!

If NOT eating the cookie will leave you feeling deprived, then for the sake of your health and well-being, I encourage you to EAT the cookie. Eat it freely. Not satisfied? Eat a second one. Grant yourself permission to enjoy every bite without guilt. Realize that the harm that dieting, restriction, and deprivation can do for your health and well-being is far greater than the harm that a cookie can do. To achieve wellness and peace around food, the all or nothing mindset has to be replaced with a mindset of gentleness and balance. 💕🍪
