Grant yourself permission to enjoy every bite without guilt. Realize that the harm that dieting, restriction, and deprivation can do for your health and well-being is far greater than the harm that a cookie can do. To achieve wellness and peace around food, the all or nothing mindset has to be replaced with a mindset of gentleness and balance. 💕🍪
